The following enhancements were added to the Calendar feature available to service providers:
These changes make it easier for you to see the appointment information you want to see when looking at the calendar.
Configurable Appointment Blocks
Service Managers can now configure what information displays for appointment blocks on the Calendar.
By default, this includes the following information:
- Case #
- Unit Number
- Service Slot
When it’s available, that information displays for each appointment block on the Calendar as shown below.
Now, you can select or deselect which of those fields will display to make the Calendar easier to scan or help your users focus on the information they need. All the information listed above is still available to see when you click on an appointment block.
To configure your appointment blocks, go to the Appointment Options section of the Customize Your Database Administrative Tools, and select which fields you want to display.
This change affects all users and all calendars within your location.
Added License Plate Number & Chassis ID
Service Managers now have the option to display the License Plate Number or Chassis ID for an asset on appointments in the Calendar.
To add these fields to the Calendar for your location, use the new Appointment Option delivered with this release.
